Order
Once you have decided to go ahead with the installation,we will arrange a date, normally
within 28 days to carry out the work. We will need a 20% deposit before ordering the
materials, as each system is specially ordered to suit an individual specification.
Should you subsequently cancel, within 14 days our suppliers charge this for restocking.
Completion
Generally we expect to complete your installation within 2 working days. We cannot
however guarantee the weather. You will understand that we cannot ask our operatives to
work at heights in severe weather conditions. We may have to install your solar cylinder
and associated plumbing works inside your property and then come back to do the roofing
works. We expect payment in full on the day that the work is completed and commissioned.
