First Contact
We will contact you, normally within 24 hours to discuss orientation of your roof,
shading, how many people live in the property, normal water usage per day, type of fuel
used for heating and the size of your existing airing cupboard. Please have this
information ready for our call.
Estimate (subject to survey)
We will then compile an initial estimate for the work, suggest the type of system we
would envisage fitting and post literature to you.
Survey
If you are happy with our initial estimate, please contact us for a free site survey. Our
nearest engineer will arrange to visit your property to check roof conditions,
suitability of the system we initially estimated, ease of plumbing, and whether we can
use a tower system or need to arrange scaffolding. We will then be able to offer a fixed
price quotation, valid for 3 months.
